CP series multi-frequency modular semi-automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine.

CP Ultrasonic optical instruments cleaning device wholesale single workstation for the industrial ultrasonic cleaning, available in 5 different unit sizes . Ultrasonic can be 28/68kHz, 40/80kHz, 80/130kHz or 40/130kHZ . The unit is equipped with an oscillation device for the cleaning basket which assists and improves the cleaning effect of the ultrasound, and which also provides a dripoff support for the stainless-steel basket. The units of CP series can be combined with a rinsing tank (with /without heating) and a hot air dryer of the relevant size. The units are delivered including support frame.

Multi-frequency switching

Industrial LCD touch screen display, real-time monitoring and touch setting time, temperature, power, frequency and other data;

Optional frequency sweeping, defoaming and pulse function to achieve rough washing, micro-washing and fine washing of the product, effectively eliminating standing waves and improving the ultrasonic distribution in the cleaning tank; 5 working procedures can be stored.

Four ultrasound core technologies

Adopt IGBT full-bridge phase shifting technology to support 10~100% stepless power adjustment;  conversion efficiency is over 95%;

According to the load change (temperature, liquid level, workpiece change) in the cleaning tank, the optimal frequency and constant power output can be automatically maintained;

Automatic frequency chasing and impedance change technology to ensure that the generator works at the optimal frequency point;

Automatic sweeping can effectively eliminate the influence of standing waves, improve the ultrasonic distribution in the cleaning tank, and improve the uniformity of cleaning.

Semi-automatic transmission system

Equipped with upper and lower throwing system to quickly remove dirt on the surface of the product; equipped with automatic transmission system, the horizontal push arm automatically transmits the basket, saving manpower; can be equipped with automatic loading and unloading table to achieve fully automated assembly line cleaning.

Heat dissipation

 The cleaning machine is equipped with special heat dissipation ports on the upper and   lower sides to prevent dust.
